ABOUT ELIZABETH DICKENS
Elizabeth came to professional acting later in life, in her 30's, after pursuing it as a youth but losing the confidence to 'put herself out there' in her teens.
In 2010, she began studying with Nick Meaney (former Hollywood actor and tutor in BA Hons Acting course at AUCB) and continued to study with him until 2013.
By that time, Elizabeth had been cast in over 20 short films (independent & student) and was beginning to thrive. Just as she began getting cast in bigger productions, she went travelling for several years, and so her acting career was temporarily put on hold.
Since returning to the UK in May 2017, Elizabeth has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Screen Acting at The Actors Studio (Pinewood Studios), attended classes at The Actors Centre, appeared in several short films and a mockumentary and was cast in a lead role in ‘The Browning Version’ which ran at Thame Theatre in September 2017.
After appearing in the 'Act Six Showcase' at Soho Theatre in September 2017, Elizabeth was taken on by Clic Agency and is represented by Helen Pritchard.
Elizabeth has been cast in the upcoming short film 'True Fight', to be filmed Summer 2019.
Elizabeth is one of five female actors to be cast in the documentary 'I'm An Actor' which is being filmed in 2019 and will be released in 2020. For more info please see:
